1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or engaging Arclink Edge ("we", "us", "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use this website or our services.

2. Our services

Arclink Edge is a fully remote IT agency providing web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SaaS development, and related digital services, either as fixed-scope projects or as dedicated/hourly staffing engagements. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for any paid engagement are defined separately in a proposal, statement of work, or written agreement between you and Arclink Edge — these Terms cover the general relationship, not project-specific details.

3. Proposals, quotes & payment

Quotes and proposals are estimates based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms (deposits, milestones, or recurring billing for dedicated/hourly engagements) are agreed upon per project and detailed in the relevant invoice or agreement.

Late payments may pause active work until the outstanding balance is settled. We'll always communicate directly before pausing anything.

4. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Arclink Edge retains the right to reuse general, non-client-specific knowledge, tools, and code patterns developed during the engagement in future work for other clients. Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in your project remain governed by their own respective licenses.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, product plans, and any data shared with us during an engagement as confidential, and we don't share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed project discussion if you'd like one in place.

6. Warranties & limitation of liability

We build and test our work carefully, but software is rarely bug-free from day one — any post-launch bug fixes or support terms are defined in your specific agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Arclink Edge's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (like lost profits or lost data) arising from the use of delivered work.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, as specified in the project agreement. You'll be billed for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date; any prepaid, undelivered work is refunded on a pro-rata basis unless otherwise agreed.

8. Website use

This website's content is provided for general information about Arclink Edge and its services. You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. attempting unauthorized access, scraping content for resale, or interfering with its normal operation).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Arclink Edge is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved through direct discussion will be handled under that jurisdiction's courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in how we operate. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version — continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
